I have to say Eric and Garret are amazing and couldn't of ask for better realtors then them, especially being a first time home buyer, they help me and my man find the perfect home to start our future together. Eric and Garret truly listen, are super patience (trust me on this one, I must of drag both of them through so many homes in a day) give amazing great advice, always there with any questions you have and honestly you know that they are the real deal , honestly I recommend them to any one and would bet money on it, cause these guys don't disappoint.

Eric Kucifer could not have been more helpful to us in our first home buying experience. We would have never have been able to do this on our own, and his knowledge and insight was invaluable. He is very personable and easy to get along with. He is sincere and will give you his honest opinions, he’s not pushy or trying to get you into a home to make a sale. That was one of my greatest fears when starting the process of finding a buyer’s agent. I liked that he focused mainly on the buying side of things, so I never had the feeling that he was trying to push a home that his company was selling on us. I was leery that other companies whose main focus is on the selling side would do that. We really appreciated how available Eric was to us, even responding to our emails late at night. We never went more than 24 hours without getting a response. No way around the fact that home buying, especially your first time, is a nerve wrecking experience. But, Eric always made this feel less stressful than it had to be, and his knowledge on the home buying process helped guide us through the experience with relative ease. We were able to find a home and get an accepted offer after less than a month of looking. I cannot state enough how please we were with Kucifer Realty, and will not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend Eric Kucifer to all those who are thinking of buying a home. We well be calling him up when we are ready to sell!
